Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Patient Contact Center team, providing guidance and training
Monitor performance through call audits and data analysis to ensure service standards are met
Assist in developing and implementing standardized workflows and process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or must obtain CPAR within 1 year of hire
Three to five years of revenue cycle experience required
Minimum of three years of collection, hospital, or business office experience
Preferred : Three years of supervisory experience and two years of college or Business School
