Overview Position : Lead UI / UX Designer

Location : Tysons Corner, VA — Onsite

We are looking for a UX Lead who can effectively lead our UX efforts and bring strong domain expertise in digital banking. Candidate must be able to work onsite in Tysons Corner, VA and have credit union experience. The ideal candidate will drive design strategy and team collaboration; a portfolio link must be provided in the profile.

Responsibilities Lead UX design initiatives and drive end-to-end user experiences for complex digital banking applications.

Define and implement design strategy, standards, and processes across projects.

Mentor UX team members and lead design reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on user-centered solutions.

Qualifications Proven experience as a UX Lead in a credit union environment.

Expertise in designing end-to-end user experiences in digital banking.

Ability to mentor teams and facilitate design reviews and stakeholder discussions.

Portfolio link must be provided in profile.
