- Ability to analyze Partner Registration in order to make approve or reject decision
Managing PRM & CRM tool - general Account information
Managing Partner registrations and Opportunity Creation CRM toolCommunicate appropriate policy and best practices to ensure understanding of internal policies and guidelinesCompletes Partner Registrations review by analyzing and auditing documents, researching and resolving processing problemsPrepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documentsBe a subject matter expert to identify data and process gaps and work with extended teams (IT, Change Management, Enablement etc) to drive evolution with near-term and long-term solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive / influence business and operational objectivesOther ad hoc responsibilities as required in support of the organization needsProvides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; responding to requests Resolves inquiries by investigating issues and composing responsesMaintains quality service by monitoring standards, advising supervisor of potential problemsQualifications
To be successful in this role you have :
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.2+ years in a Partner Operations or Sales Operations role or related experience in a software sales organizationHands on experience on MS Excel / Office. Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidanceExperience in working with CRM / PRM / Analytics applications and toolsOrganized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to navigate through all levels of managementResults driven mentalityTeam player with positive attitudeExperience and understanding of channel partnerships and partner programs is a plusExperience at a SaaS company is a plus.JV20
