Project Accountant
Rodriguez Consulting, LLC (Rodriguez) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Accountant to join our Corporate Support team in the vibrant neighborhood of Fishtown, Philadelphia! At Rodriguez, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the financial backbone of our firm by managing project-based accounting that keeps our infrastructure, engineering, and workforce development projects on track.

The majority of our contracts are professional service agreements with the City of Philadelphia (Water, Streets, Parks), along with other private contracts and workforce development grants. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all financial records while supporting leadership with actionable insights. This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex contract requirements in a fast-paced consulting environment.
You’ll also serve as a vital link between project teams, operations, subcontractors, and finance leadership. With hands-on experience using Zoho Suite, Google Workspace, and PennDOT's Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS) you’ll help ensure that financial data is accurate, integrated, and audit-ready. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, mentor junior staff, and support the growth of a mission-driven firm.
