Professional Development Program The Professional Development Program (PDP) focuses on developing recent college graduates into high performing team members equipped with the skills and broad business knowledge to become future Niagara leaders. Over the next 18-24 months, this rotational program will give you the opportunity to experience several different assignments in a variety of departments that will lead you to a role that best utilizes your skills. Additionally, the PDP supports your growth through exposure to business leadership, mentorship, professional skill training, workshops, and networking opportunities. Specifically, you will participate in learning sessions covering topics like professional communication, negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and others!
