The Coinbase Business team is building the primary operating account for businesses transacting onchain. Coinbase Business offers a world class business payments suite, enabling startups and SMBs to adopt stablecoin payments for invoices, payment links and global payouts while staying compliant with accounting and security. We are seeking a foundational Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of core features for Coinbase Business. You will be responsible for building the all-in-one platform that makes it seamless for businesses to manage their crypto finances, defining the future of the onchain economy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the development of key features for the Coinbase Business platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery and specification to launch and iteration.
• Manage a prioritized backlog for critical product areas such as business onboarding, payments, and reporting, ensuring your engineering team is focused on the most impactful work.
• Partner with our business customers to deeply understand their needs and translate their feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners like Risk and Compliance to execute on the product roadmap and deliver a world-class user experience.

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $180,370$212,200 USD
