Responsibilities :

• A Consultant will be responsible for implementing network IT solutions including installation, upgrades and reconfigurations to our clients Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), data centers and cloud infrastructures.
• Provide deployment and implementation services of multi-vendor solutions.
• Stay current with vendor offerings and technology.
• Ability to assess Customer environment and make recommendations.
• Ability to troubleshoot multi-vendor issues.
• Provide written documentation including configurations, procedures and diagrams.
• Serve the customer to Client standards.
• Be available to meet the customers' IT needs.
• Be an escalation point for peer engineers and escalate issues to other team members as needed.
• Be available as a resource to pre-sales to guide and validate solutions.
• Working towards achieving multiple advanced manufacturer certifications. i.e. : CCNP, CCIE.
