About the Role A respected litigation practice in Georgia is seeking an associate attorney with 3–8 years of experience to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to handle a steady flow of complex litigation matters while gaining meaningful courtroom and deposition experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and advance a litigation caseload from intake through resolution

Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and appear in court as needed

Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies

Provide exceptional client service and maintain case progress

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (or ability to become licensed in GA)

3–8 years of litigation experience, ideally with insurance defense, construction, or general civil litigation

Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills

Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining attention to detail
