Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details : $1,960 - $2,169 per week

• 12-week contract Paid by the hour - not by the visit Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS / Medicare Certified Visits
