Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in Chattanooga, TN. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities also include documenting patient information, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Experience in patient care and health monitoring
• Skills in administering medications and performing medical procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Experience in a supportive living environment is a plus
