We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and oversee our Quality Department.
In coordination with the General Manager, the Quality Manager will hold overall responsibility for the quality of products released by the organization. This role manages the Quality Assurance function to ensure customer requirements and expectations are consistently met through planning, clear instruction, disciplined execution, and compliance. The position is also responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems, overseeing change control and continuous improvement initiatives, auditing processes, managing data collection, and directing the activities of the Quality staff.
Additional duties include collaborating with customers regarding product quality, tracking quality-related metrics, training plant personnel, facilitating improvement teams, ensuring compliance to specifications, and supporting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve systems to assure that all manufactured products meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability.
- Supervise, train, motivate, and support the Quality and Inspection staff, fostering teamwork and open communication.
- Plan, promote, and organize quality and reliability training initiatives.
- Oversee planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to minimize bottlenecks and issues.
- Create, review, and update quality manuals, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO, Nadcap, and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 : 2015 (AS 9100 Rev D), Nadcap, and customer standards through audits and corrective actions.
- Represent the organization during all quality-related audits.
- Provide customer support for rapid and effective resolution of quality and non-conformance issues with Pratt & Whitney, GE Aviation, Rolls Royce, Unison , and other aerospace customers.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare reports on quality data, using continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA, and others.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, implementing error-proofing methods and preventative actions.
- Occasionally perform product inspections to validate quality and compliance.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Aerospace or Automotive Quality.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.Knowledge of Nadcap requirements for special processes such as Weld and FPI (or similar).Proficiency with root cause / corrective action tools (Apollo RCA, PDCA, Six Sigma, etc.).Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.Microsoft Office proficiency required.Experience with Pratt & Whitney, GE Aviation, Rolls Royce, Unison a plus.Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).VBA programming a plus.Eligibility Requirements
