We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll support our internal systems, assist with cybersecurity training, manage IT requests, and help improve overall IT efficiency.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal technical support (remote & in-person)
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, and Android
- Provide support for Entra, Intune, Defender , and other IT management tools
- Manage access control and assist with compliance audits
- Perform remote diagnostics and guide users through issue resolution
- Support network infrastructure and help maintain up-to-date IT policies
- Push regular cybersecurity simulations and track employee training
- Assist with ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
- Help identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Degree in an IT-related field ( Bachelor’s or AAS preferred )Basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentalsFamiliarity with a range of operating systems (Windows / Mac / Linux / iOS / Android)Excellent problem-solving and clear communication skillsTeam player who stays calm under pressureEagerness to learn and grow through continuing educationPassion for technology and innovationAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyBenefits
