Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area with all necessary supplies.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments for staff.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
