HVAC Estimator Special Projects

Gpac is partnered with a leading mechanical contractor in the Greater St. Louis area looking for an HVAC Estimator to join their Special Projects team. This role focuses on commercial, institutional, and industrial projects typically under $10M, making it a great opportunity for an experienced estimator who thrives in this project range.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Estimating & Cost Analysis Review project details, interpret blueprints, and develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Managing Special Projects Estimate HVAC projects under $10M in the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.
  • Proposal Development Research materials, evaluate vendor bids, and prepare competitive proposals.
  • Industry Awareness Stay up to date on HVAC trends, materials, and energy codes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Project Managers, sales teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

    • What You Bring to the Table :

    5+ Years of HVAC Estimating Experience Focused on commercial, institutional, or industrial projects. Strong Technical Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, bid evaluation, and cost estimation. Project Expertise Experience with HVAC projects under $10M. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with HVAC energy codes and project specifications. Excellent Communication & Organization Ability to collaborate effectively and keep detailed project records.
