The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Consultant within our Business Information Security Office (BISO) serves as the strategic cybersecurity partner and advisor to Byte product teams. This role bridges the gap between enterprise cybersecurity objectives and business priorities, ensuring that security strategies are effectively integrated into business processes and development sprints. The Cybersecurity consultant leads efforts to manage cyber risk, drive security awareness, and support compliance across assigned business areas. Working closely with product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and leadership stakeholders, they will influence and implement cybersecurity strategies that enable innovation while protecting the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cybersecurity Business Partnership :

Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison to Byte leadership, product teams, and engineering stakeholders.

Champion the embedding of cybersecurity into product lifecycles, digital transformation projects, and strategic planning efforts.

Track remediation efforts for high-risk findings across the business unit, collaborating with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution.

Provide regular reporting on business unit risk posture, control maturity, and security metrics to leadership and governance bodies.

Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants and specialists, providing technical and strategic direction.

Salary Range : $153,200- $180,300 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
