Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and calculate employee hours worked, including overtime and deductions

Prepare and execute pay orders while administering payment statements

Address payroll-related issues and prepare reports for management

Required Qualifications

5 - 8+ years of experience as a payroll specialist or manager

Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll regulations

Proficient in relevant workforce management software and MS Office

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience with payroll processing and systems like Workday and UKG Pro
