About the Job Umbra is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead the Mission Solutions systems engineering group. This individual will report to the Director of Engineering and oversee personnel who architect, design, build, test, and operate Umbra's advanced satellite and space mission technology.
As Systems Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with systems, hardware, and software teams, along with senior staff, to drive new technology development and lead a talented group of engineers.
The Systems Engineering Manager will lead our mission architects, mission designers, and systems engineers through the program lifecycle from early concept through delivery to customers. You will collaborate and work closely with our program management team to ensure programmatic and technical alignment to enable mission success
