Primary Care Physician (Residency Accepted) - Edgewater, FL Relocation Assistance is also Available Job Types : Full-Time Shifts : Mon - Fri (Days), Limited Call Job Description : As a Primary Care Physician, you will be conducting physical examinations, diagnosing acute illnesses, treating both acute and chronic conditions, working alongside mid-level providers, providing oversight to mid-level providers, interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients' health. Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform medical procedures as necessary
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
• Maintain patient medical records Qualification / Experience :
• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine is preferred
• Experience in primary care or related field is preferred
• 1-2 Years of experience is required Licenses / Certifications :
• Current active unrestricted license to practice medicine in State FL
