Employee Benefits (EB) Product Manager, IT

The EB Product Manager will support the ongoing development and optimization of Employee Benefits (EB) technology platforms, with a focus on the Agency Management System (AMS), CRM tools, and reporting solutions. This role will work closely with senior product managers, trainers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data standards, user adoption, and continuous improvement of EB workflows and day-to-day functions within primary technology platforms.

Position Requirements :

• Entry-level knowledge of Employee Benefits and software
• Experience with leading users in technology best practices
• Basic understanding of :

The insurance industry and processes

Formal Education & Certification : Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
