The Administrative Billing Specialist's primary responsibilities include answering emails, data entry, payment research, account corrections, etc. so he or she must be able to multi-task with ease and handle stress well.

What You'll Do... As an Administrative Billing Specialist with Turner Pest Control, you'll be at the center of customer support and financial accuracy. You'll monitor and manage the Billing Support inbox, quickly researching and resolving payment or account discrepancies to ensure smooth transactions. With responsibility for issuing credits, refunds, and reallocating payments, you'll play a key part in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. You'll also support communications with both internal teams and external clients, provide important documentation like W9s and insurance certificates, and take on related duties that keep operations running seamlessly. It's a dynamic position where attention to detail and strong customer focus truly make an impact.
