About the Role

Excellent opportunity in the greater Cleveland area for an experienced Commercial Insurance Client Manager at an independent agency that has recently grown. The role involves joining a dynamic team within the Property and Casualty division.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned book of business daily
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor partners and clients
  • Collaborate with sales and executive leadership to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
  • State insurance license required
  • Experience with middle market risks

    • Job Specifications

  • Goal : Integrate an experienced middle market client manager into the service team
  • Proficiency : Manage complex, middle to large accounts with diverse risk profiles; demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Ability : Take over a book of business immediately and work independently

    • Compensation & Benefits

    $80,000 - $90,000 plus full benefits. Some remote work options available.
