We are seeking an experienced  Senior Accountant  to lead key accounting functions and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, maintain compliance with accounting regulations, and support the finance team with essential budgeting and forecasting efforts. The ideal candidate will also champion process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows, driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support the creation and analysis of budget forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Coordinate and provide necessary documentation for year-end audits with external auditors.
• Manage and reconcile accounting transactions across multiple locations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Review and resolve discrepancies for timely and accurate month-end close processes.
• Monitor and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting principles.
• Develop detailed account schedules and financial reports for management use.
• Analyze financial performance metrics and offer actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with departments such as operations and purchasing to streamline financial reporting and optimize processes.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for interaction with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel.
