The Role

The Creator Growth Strategist is an emerging hybrid discipline built for organizations that treat content as performance , creators as growth partners , and organic as an acquisition channel .

Youll design and operate systems where creators and ambassadors fuel measurable growth driving user acquisition, retention, and creative intelligence across every stage of the funnel. This role is embedded directly within growth, not brand, and functions as the connective layer between content, creators, and performance data .

What you'll be doing

1. Build Creator & Ambassador Engines

• Design and run scalable creator and ambassador programs that align incentives with real growth outcomes.
• Cast, onboard, and train creators to represent the product authentically and deliver high-performing content at speed.
• Develop frameworks for recruiting, onboarding, and rewarding creators who drive consistent, high-performing content.
• Turn community participation into structured creative output that compounds over time.
