Brand Team Lead - Houston Market

Compensation :

• $35 / hour | Part-Time (Approximately 29 hours / week) ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Team Lead to manage our Bay Area market for Gorilla Energy, with a strong emphasis on connecting with the region's diverse  skateboarding scene, combat sports community, outdoor enthusiasts, and blue-collar / construction worker communities.  This part-time role (approximately 29 hours per week) requires someone who can build and manage a team, develop strateg ic marketing initiatives, and establish a strong brand presence throughout Houston's diverse industrial, educational, and cultural landscape .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Strategy Development & Execution Create comprehensive market schedules and manage implementation of marketing initiatives across the Greater Houston metropolitan area Develop and execute both short-term and long-term market strategies throughout the region Lead guerrilla marketing efforts in high-value locations including construction sites, trade schools, oil & gas facilities, manufacturing plants, music venues, and fitness centers Build and maintain relationships with local fitness influencers, businesses, blue collar workers, industry professionals, and music scene leaders Target key areas including Downtown Houston, Midtown, Montrose, Heights, Energy Corridor, Galleria / Uptown, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, and surrounding communities Identify and capitalize on event opportunities including :
