SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 4 Years-Required-Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

4 Years -Required-Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards.

4 Years -Required-Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces.

4 Years -Required-Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions.

5 Years -Preferred-Experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives to communicate timelines, workflows, and system architecture.

3-Preferred-Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

3-Preferred-Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.

3-Preferred-Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort.
