The Digital Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality digital and graphic design across a variety of platforms, including websites, branding, social media, video, and marketing materials. You'll juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and produce professional, polished work with minimal supervision.

The Digital Designer collaborates closely with the web, creative, and digital marketing teams and reports to the Web & Creative Director.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create modern, engaging designs for digital audiences across web, branding, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to align designs with objectives, brand guidelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and integrity across all client and internal projects.
• Design and refine wireframes, websites, infographics, logos, and marketing assets with brand consistency.
• Ensure seamless integration of design with UX and digital strategies alongside web and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Contribute to creative strategy, offering insights and innovative ideas to support business goals.
• Incorporate feedback effectively, refining designs based on input from stakeholders and clients.
• Stay current on design trends and tools, continuously improving skills and applying best practices.
