Summary Objective

The Cloud & Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, securing, and optimizing the company's Microsoft 365 and Intune environments while supporting core networking and infrastructure systems. This role ensures reliable collaboration tools, endpoint management, and network operations while contributing to IT projects, security initiatives, and compliance readiness. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and acts as a thought leader by recommending improvements and leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.

Essential Functions

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Administer Azure Active Directory, identity policies, and security groups.
• Manage Intune for device enrollment, compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Monitor and enforce data retention, DLP, and compliance policies.
• Handle licensing, access rights, and user onboarding / offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 service escalations.
