E-Commerce Site Coordinator

The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Cantoni's online store and digital platforms. This role ensures products are accurately represented online, orders are efficiently processed, and customers receive timely, professional support. The coordinator will manage product and promotion setup across our e-commerce site and internal product management system, while also assisting with order entry into the ERP and resolving customer inquiries. By maintaining a polished online catalog, coordinating merchandising updates, and delivering responsive communication, this role helps drive sales growth and reinforces Cantoni's commitment to an exceptional client experience.

Create and maintain product listings in the internal database and BigCommerce, ensuring attributes, pricing, images, and copy are accurate and complete.

Prepare products for launch, including naming, categorization, image optimization, and swatch creation.

Review and update existing product pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a polished customer experience.

Assist with vendor-supplied photography and upload content to the website as needed.

Assist in setting up product groupings, selections, and promotional campaigns as directed by leadership.

Coordinate with Marketing to ensure product copy, images, and promotional pages are accurate and ready on schedule.

Support developers with content needs for promotional landing pages tied to the marketing calendar.

Process web orders in point-of-sale / ERP software and update order stages in BigCommerce.

Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to confirm lead times, provide timely order updates, and respond to inquiries.

Record customer interactions and order details in company systems to maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with other departments to meet e-commerce and operational needs.

Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required :

1+ years of experience in online merchandising or similar e-commerce experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry

Interest or experience in the luxury furniture industry is a plus

Working knowledge of BigCommerce and Photoshop preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

High school or equivalent

The noise level in the primary work environment is usually moderate i.e., business office with computer printer, and light traffic. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are not hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.

This position requires the employee to sit for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; the use of close vision; the ability to talk and hear; and the ability to operate in an environment with moderate noise (such as in a business office with computers and printers).
