Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our mobile product roadmap. This role is responsible for managing complex, enterprise-wide programs composed of multiple interrelated projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and program governance expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple projects.
  • Align program delivery with broader strategic goals and organizational priorities.
  • Manage multiple projects and orchestrate results to achieve overarching program objectives.
  • Ensure governance controls are implemented and maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage program schedules from inception through delivery.
  • Define and report on program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
  • Identify and monitor areas of risk across projects and programs.
  • Coordinate interdependencies between projects and optimize resource utilization.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve cost efficiency, performance, and delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that impact program outcomes.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level program management, preferably within product or software development environments.
  • Proven ability to present to and influence executive-level stakeholders (VP, GVP, SVP).
  • Demonstrated success in building strong relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to remain calm, thoughtful, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Experience in mobile product development is beneficial but not required.
