Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Ambulate on rough surfaces and climb stairs Sit for prolonged periods of time Occasional driving Occasional walking and standing Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling Demonstrate manual dexterity Lift or move up to 25 lbs

Care Manager – Senior Home Companions – SW Florida

We are filling this role in our Punta Gorda Office and will be servicing the SW Florida market.
What you’ll do :
As a Care Manager, you’ll be the vital link between clients, families, and caregivers. You’ll build lasting relationships by :
- Understanding and tailoring home care solutions to each client’s unique needs.
- Coordinating caregivers with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
- Communicating and documenting important caregiver and client feedback.
- Supporting our team to deliver care that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
