We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.
This remote role will focus on building our digital presence, promoting our services, and engaging with audiences across various social media platforms.
Position Overview The Social Media Specialist will manage and expand Grant Consultants Ltd’s social media presence by developing creative strategies, producing engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.
The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and passionate about digital storytelling, brand growth, and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s mission and objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, posts, and stories) across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X / Twitter.
Enhance brand visibility and audience engagement through consistent posting and community management.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and client inquiries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and consulting teams to promote services, events, and client success stories.
Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, growth).
Stay informed about current trends and tools in social media, digital marketing, and the grant consulting industry.
Manage paid social media campaigns and assist in developing promotional content.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Ads).
Experience with SEO and content optimization.
Familiarity with grant writing, non-profit, or consulting sectors is a plus.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
