Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for a full-service provider in the Orlando area. This leadership position is responsible for the daily operations of a dynamic facility that includes manufacturing, laundry, distribution, and customer service departments. The ideal candidate will be an integrity-driven leader who emphasizes operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Plant Manager oversees departmental supervisors and leads, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient plant operations. The role requires a strong operational mindset and the ability to implement and improve processes across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations including manufacturing, laundry, distribution, and customer service.
- Exceed customer expectations from order placement to product delivery.
- Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring production goals are met and productivity is tracked.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships for critical raw materials and supplies.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for plant employees.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and fleet vehicles.
- Oversee the deployment and use of operational technologies (e.g., RFID, GPS, CRM).
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to ensure alignment on process and policy adoption.
- Lead or support other assigned projects as needed.

Education :
Bachelors Degree required (or equivalent experience); minimum of a high school diploma.Experience :
Minimum 5 years as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Supervisor in a manufacturing, distribution, or laundry environment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
