Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Alternative Schedule : Four-day workweek option available for qualified candidates

Practice Setting : Outpatient Women’s Health & OBGYN Clinic

About the Opportunity

A mission-driven women’s health clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, or CNM) to join its dedicated and collaborative care team. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule with the flexibility of a four-day workweek option and the opportunity to deliver inclusive, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of gynecologic and obstetric services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range : $120,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Completion of APP / CNM Program in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
