Description :

RN Level 2B Nursery position available for a 36-hour night schedule, including weekends.

The unit encompasses a specialty care nursery with a total of 25 beds.

The patient population includes mothers, babies, and those in labor.

Average daily census ranges from 15 to 25 patients.

The clinician to patient ratio is 1 : 2-3 for evaluations and 1 : 1 for active labor.

Postpartum care has a ratio of 1 : 3-4.

No floating is required between units.

Shift rotations include day and night shifts, with one night of call required.

Charting will be done using an electronic medical record system.
