Job Title : Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will perform inspections of parts using well-defined criteria with standard visual, physical, mechanical, and / or electrical measurements. Your role will include performing visual inspections on large lot sizes under a microscope, documenting inspection and test results accurately, maintaining controlled documentation files, and performing data entry into computers. You will be responsible for incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of parts according to established criteria.
• Perform visual inspections using microscopes for large lot sizes.
• Document inspection and testing results accurately.
• Maintain controlled documentation files and test records promptly.
• Conduct data entry related to inspection results.
• Perform inspections during different stages : incoming, in-process, and final.

Work Environment

The work environment is not a cleanroom, and no PPE is required. The quality department consists of 10-12 employees, and contractors have their own bench. This area is shared with the warehouse team, fostering constant interaction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danvers, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
