About the Clinician's Workday

This position is for a Family Nurse Practitioner (with potential consideration for PAs) to work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with three days at the Birch Grove Health Center and one day at the Acute Care walk-in clinic. The role involves seeing 2530 patients per day across all ages, including cases involving gender affirming care, substance abuse, mental illness, physicals, and sick visits. No call is required. Candidates must hold an Oregon license, an Oregon DEA, and ideally be currently enrolled in Medicare, with at least two years of experience. COVID or flu vaccination is highly preferred. The practice uses EPIC EMR and offers strong support staff, including MAs and front desk personnel. Experience in gender affirming care, substance use disorders, and severe mental illness is highly valued.
