Master Of Science In Nutrition Program Manager
This position will support managing the day-to-day operations and logistics of the Master of Science in Nutrition programs. This position will play a key part in shaping future dietitians and nutrition professionals by supporting program initiatives and teaching nutrition and food service management courses as needed.

- Serve as a first point of contact and guide prospective students through the eligibility and application process.
- Utilize software and engage with third parties to support the onboarding of students.
- Schedule and manage tasks for recruitment and retention efforts, including student orientations and the student handbook.
- Manage collection of assessment data for timely entry into Nuventive and for storage in program records.
- Oversee scheduling of program and other meetings, and handling meeting minutes (including taking and filing).
- Stay current on software systems related to the given tasks (e.g., programmatic record keeping, course enrollment, student and preceptor performance evaluations), including Validity Solutions, Trajecsys, Banner, Argos, and DICAS.

In concert with the ACEND Director, assist with the following :Vet and secure Supervised Experiential Learning (SEL) sitesCreate and maintain affiliation agreements for programmatic, NKH, and CHST needsAssist with the training of preceptors for SEL sitesRepresent the director and program at various meetings, including in the absence of the program director.25%
Oversee student records, schedule, and manage tasks used for the 7-year ACEND accreditation processGather and monitor formal and informal program feedback from faculty, students, preceptors, alums, and pertinent stakeholders.Promptly alert the program director of any conflicts, issues, or problems that may arise.0-25%
If needed, serve as the instructor of record for up to one SEL course per term in the program.Education :
Master's degree in food, nutrition, or a related field requiredExperience :
Two (2) years of experience as a practicing dietitian post RDN credentialing requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work autonomously and align with supervisory input preferredEvidence of activity in professional organizations and membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferredProfessional experience in food service / culinary / management preferredExperience with teaching college-level courses preferredPhysical / Environmental Factors :
