Master Of Science In Nutrition Program Manager

This position will support managing the day-to-day operations and logistics of the Master of Science in Nutrition programs. This position will play a key part in shaping future dietitians and nutrition professionals by supporting program initiatives and teaching nutrition and food service management courses as needed.

• Serve as a first point of contact and guide prospective students through the eligibility and application process.
• Utilize software and engage with third parties to support the onboarding of students.
• Schedule and manage tasks for recruitment and retention efforts, including student orientations and the student handbook.
• Manage collection of assessment data for timely entry into Nuventive and for storage in program records.
• Oversee scheduling of program and other meetings, and handling meeting minutes (including taking and filing).
• Stay current on software systems related to the given tasks (e.g., programmatic record keeping, course enrollment, student and preceptor performance evaluations), including Validity Solutions, Trajecsys, Banner, Argos, and DICAS.
