Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Solutions Engineer to be the bridge between a cutting-edge platform and hospital / clinic customers. You’ll ensure successful implementation, integration, and adoption of an EHR-embedded, SMART on FHIR application.

If you thrive on solving complex data integration challenges, collaborating with IT and clinical teams, and are passionate about healthcare technology, this role is for you.

Who You'll Work With

• Primary technical point of contact for customers during implementations, partnering with IT, clinical stakeholders, and project managers.
• Collaborate internally with Product, Engineering (Backend, Data, AI / ML, DevOps), and Sales.
• Hybrid culture : Bay Area team meets weekly in San Francisco; remote-first otherwise.
• Must work core Pacific hours; US-only for compliance.
