Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Home Administrator at Eben Ezer, located in Brush, CO. The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. This includes managing staff, budgeting, and coordination of care services. The Administrator will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures, ensuring quality care for residents, and working collaboratively with families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Management skills
• Knowledge of Healthcare Administration and Regulatory Compliance
• Experience in Budget Management and Financial Reporting
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Policies and Procedures
• Experience working in a Nursing Home or Long-term Care Facility
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Colorado
