Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Procurement Agent to join our Air Dominance Proprietary 1 Supply Chain team in Hazelwood, Missouri. The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team focused on building next generation, state-of-the-art capability while also working to integrate program, customer and product, strategies into the procurement process, in an effort to drive successful execution of the Program. The individual will support supply chain strategy development while working to understand the inter-relationships between subcomponents of systems and plans as well as their overall impact on the Supply Chain and Program. Collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and other Program personnel will be required to support strategic initiatives, mitigate risk, identify process improvements, and engage in many other innovative activities in support of the Program.

Position Responsibilities - Experienced 3 :

• Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
• Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
• Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
• Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
• Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies

Position Responsibilities - Senior Level 4 :

This position is expected to be 100% on-site. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
