Key Responsibilities
Design impactful learning and development programs aligned with strategic priorities
Lead execution of enterprise-wide training initiatives from needs assessment to measurement
Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and optimize content delivery methods
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in developing and scaling learning programs
Proven ability to analyze program data and recommend improvements
Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented, growth mindset
Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Docebo, LinkedIn Learning) is a plus
