Seeking additional team members : Trauma Orthopedic Surgeon to join the team.
Opportunity created due to upcoming retirement and expansion.
Practice Highlights :
Part of a team with 5 established Orthopedic Specialists, including collaborative support for trauma cases.
Supportive recruitment environment with collegial peers.
Modern facilities attached to a hospital for seamless patient care, with advanced trauma operating suites.
Practice Potential :
Increasing patient volume with 3,100 office visits / day in 1st year, 4,300+ in subsequent years.
Growing procedural demand for trauma surgeries : 400 in 1st year, 500+ thereafter.
Facilities & Resources :
Full-time clinic operating Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Autonomy in schedule.
In-house ancillary services including X-ray, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI, optimized for trauma diagnostics.
Total staff : 40 FTEs with a supportive mix of clinical and non-clinical staff, including trauma-trained assistants.
Compensation & Financials :
Employed position w / base salary determined by experience.
Incentives based on wRVU production.
Comprehensive billing and collection system in place.
90th% earning potential.
Benefits :
Relocation Allowance : $12,000.
Signing Bonus : Based on Experience (BOE).

CME Allowance : $3,000 + $1,500 for professional expenses.
