The following are some activities you will be taking on in the role :

• Developing and Implementing Welding Procedures
• Ensuring that all welds meet specified quality standards and industry codes
• Investigating and resolving problems related to welding processes, materials, or equipment
• Identifying opportunities to improve welding efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
• Creating and delivering training programs for welders on new processes, equipment, or safety procedures
• Evaluating welders\' skills and qualifications, and providing feedback to improve their performance
• Working with the facilities team to monitor weld equipment and facilitate repairs or replacements as needed
• Working with engineers, designers, and others to ensure that welding processes align with overall project requirements
