Contract Program Security Officer

Manage classified government contract programs and oversight of the day-to-day operations of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs). Provide support in clearance processing, visit certifications, document control, and physical security, including alarm response for controlled areas associated with special access programs. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings. Coordinate all security education programs. Act as a primary liaison with upper management and outside agencies. Manage a staff of security professionals in the performance of their duties and their career growth and development. Interact with internal and external clients or government security officials to perform security duties, address routine personnel security matters with employees regarding issues, report preparation, program security access briefings, and other duties, as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO), Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), or in a security role managing security operations
• Experience with managing security requirements for SCI and SAP programs
• Knowledge of document control, physical security, or security education and training requirements
• Ability to provide leadership, work with a broad team and upper management, and ensure compliance with security directives
• TS / SCI clearance
• Associate's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
