    • Selph Law is a personal injury law firm helping real people solve real problems. We are seeking a seeking a skilled litigation attorney to assist with legal drafting, legal research, motion practice, discovery disputes, trial preparation, document management and good client service. Litigation experience is required.

  • Responsibilities
  • Able to manage multiple cases in both state and federal court while providing superior work product and excellent client service.
  • Must be able to work independently in all areas of a litigation practice including drafting pleadings, drafting and answering discovery, drafting motions, and preparing for trial.
  • Ability to manage numerous cases with a mix of different types of litigation throughout Ohio.
  • Ability to work in the Dublin office (not remote) during regular business hours (9-5 : 30).
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Skills
  • Proven experience as a litigation attorney. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working with a team including a team lead and paralegal.
  • Knowledge of legal documents, evidence, court rules, procedures, and practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel and general computer skills and database experience. Experience with Filevine Practice Management is a plus but not required.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with attention to accuracy with the ability to adjust quickly and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced firm.
  • Ability to maintain high case load and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Team player, dependable, people-orientated, adaptable, and flexible.'

  • Work Remotely - As needed but face time in the office with the support staff is the priority and standard.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
