The Direct Service Worker plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized support to individuals in need within the LaPlace community. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Direct Service Workers are responsible for implementing individualized care plans and adapting to changing client needs with empathy and professionalism. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
• Must be able to read, interpret and perform client service plan requirements.
• Basic knowledge of personal care and safety procedures.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
