Connected Health Care is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Clarkson, Nebraska.

Job Description & Requirements

  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, days

  • Vision / Dental - Unum
  • Credential Monitoring : We keep track of your credentials, ensuring they're always up-to-date and compliant, saving you time and hassle.
  • Weekly Paychecks : Get paid weekly, providing you with consistent financial stability.
  • Travel Mileage Reimbursement : Get reimbursed for travel mileage to and from assignments, helping with transportation costs. This is set at $400 currently.
  • 401k Contribution After the First Assignment : Start saving for your future with a 401k contribution program, available after your first assignment.
  • Referral Incentives : Earn bonuses by recommending colleagues, adding an extra incentive for sharing positive experiences.

    • CNAs - $250

  • Any other positions - $500 -$1000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) : After your third assignment, enjoy a well-deserved week off, allowing you to recharge and unwind.

    • Roughly 3 - 13 week assignments = 1 week paid week off!!

  • If a traveler has 1560 amount of hours you unlock 40 hours of PTO
  • 24 / 7 Support : Help when you need it.
