Responsibilities : Daily Documentation Transcribe physicians’ orders to MARs Notify pharmacy of new orders Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Qualifications : Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License within the state of Wisconsin .
