Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Sales Strategy : Define and execute internet and phone sales goals, optimize lead conversion processes, and elevate closing rates
- Team Leadership and Coaching : Mentor and develop junior managers or representatives, set performance standards, and foster a customer-first sales culture.
- Advanced Lead Management : Oversee both inbound and outbound lead funnels, ensuring timely follow-up and effective client engagement.
- Cross-selling and Upselling : Identify opportunities across lines - auto, home, life, business. Drive growth through strategic product bundling.
- CRM and Tech Utilization : Champion CRM and quoting tools, ensuring the team leverages technology for seamless customer interactions and tracking.
- Performance Accountability : Set targets, monitor KPIs, and lead with data driven adjustments.
- Regulatory and Industry Awareness : Stay current on licensing, compliance, and product trends; maintain high standards in ethical and regulatory conduct.
Requirements
Must be fully licensed in Property and Casualty / Life and Health insuranceManagement experience requiredExtensive background in internet and digital insurance sales or telesales, with successful performance in high-volume environmentsComfortable using multiple systems (CRM, quoting platforms), and a quick adopter of new digital toolsStrong consultative selling, relationship building, and persuasive communication skills (training will be outlined)Ability to manage tasks, meet ambitious targets, and maintain a solution drive mindset
