Lancaster, New Hampshire : We invite a seasoned PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med / Peds) to join a respected critical access hospital as MEDICAL DIRECTOR overseeing a team of Physicians and APPs. Most hospital employees were born and raised here, and several just celebrated their 40th work anniversary.As head of the outpatient primary care team, you will spend 24 hours / week practicing (21.5 hours with patients, 2.5 hours for documentation) and 16 hours / week on Medical Director activities. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of hands-on outpatient primary care experience.You will earn a salary of $300K PLUS a Directorship stipend, PLUS an annual Quality bonus, PLUS wRVU productivity based bonuses.
